AAYRA Education & Visa Services is a professional consultancy dedicated to guiding students toward international education opportunities — and helping families navigate every visa category that matters along the way.
AAYRA was founded on a simple frustration: too many families in Nepal had been sold a dream and handed a stack of paperwork. Counselling sessions felt like sales pitches. Universities were recommended based on commission, not fit. Visa files were lodged in volume, not in care.
We wanted something different. So we built it.
"We don't measure success by enrolments. We measure it by the second sibling — the younger sister or cousin who comes back two years later because the first journey actually went well."
Today, AAYRA operates from seven offices across three countries — Christchurch and Auckland in New Zealand, a liaison desk in Australia, and four offices across Nepal. We specialise deliberately. New Zealand and Australia, no other destination, because depth beats breadth when a family's future is at stake.
Our advisors are paid on outcomes, not enrolments. Our visa success rate is published, not hidden. And our process is transparent enough that families can hold us to it — and they do.
Three sentences that we hold ourselves to. Printed on the wall of every office. Read aloud at every annual review.
To provide students and families with guidance they can stake a future on — without sales pressure, without hidden fees, and without compromise on what we believe is right for them.
To become a globally trusted education consultancy known for excellence, integrity, and student success — the consultancy whose alumni become its strongest advocates.
From the first conversation in our Pokhara office to your first week's accommodation in Auckland — one advisor, one phone number, one continuous thread of accountability.
Anyone can list values on a wall. We measure ours quarterly — every advisor, every file, every refund decision — and the numbers go up on the office whiteboard.
If we do not think you will get the visa, we say so before you spend.
No hidden charges. No surprise invoices. The process is open.
